The Artist’s Eye is a one-day immersive shadowing experience where participants spend 180 MINUTES observing expert services in a live studio. For $250 you watch multiple seasoned professionals perform advanced skin and lash treatments while you study professional flow, appointment pacing, and client management in real time.
This session is observational by design: expect concentrated viewing of how services are sequenced, how a studio maintains momentum between appointments, and how experienced providers shape outcomes through timing and decision-making rather than through hands-on practice.

Observation trains your eye to notice the small professional choices that shape service quality: treatment sequencing, adjustments to technique for different clients, and client communication patterns.
